The CCS Trans Program has always encompassed projects for vehicles other than cars. included here are some of these projects.

Aircraft incorporating 2 rotary engines. 1989 Mazda sponsored project for new uses of their rotary engine,  5th semester project   Instructors Bill Robinson & Tom Matano     Designer:  Ricky Hsu 

School bus has many safety features including; low center of gravity, diagonal entry door with swing out step, illuminated stop signs, safety rails at door.

4th semester project           Designer: Brian Dunty                           1995

Arctic exploration vehicle which enables 4 scientist to live on board for extended periods. There is a laboratory, satellite communications and a motorbike for exploration.         Designer: Eugene Sobieski             1996
